One of my favorite movies ever. It’s so well written and I can identify with Gil, so well. The message is relatable and beautiful. I love this movie.

This is a great shot. but does anyone else find the mythologizing of HST a tad tedious? He had been a brilliant reporter, muckraker and writer. But he went crazy. And all of his talents are now overshadowed by this drug-guzzling caricature of himself he turned into.

When you’re baby-proofing your home, be sure to plug up those spaces under the fridge, sofa, stove, etc. They’re not dangerous, they’re just dark voids that manage to swallow small toys…your child’s favorite small toys.
I shutter to think what’s under the stove…although I’m pretty sure my Social Security card is under there after one of Dylan’s famous “Exploratory Wallet Surgeries”.
